For many people, the Holiday season can be joyful, busy, hectic, exciting, and overwhelming. Yoga and meditation can be a great way to find grounding and self-connection during this time. Whether you celebrate or not, join us in a 90-minute practice where we will focus on breath, meditation, and grounding yoga. We will take time after the practice to discuss what comes up for us during the holiday season and how it effects our yoga practice, while enjoying freshly brewed tea.
