Ayurveda translates to ‘the science of life’. It is an ancient practice that originated in India. Ayurveda encompasses a way of living that takes into consideration your environment, physical and mental constitution, and the way you nourish yourself through food and movement.
In this workshop, we will go over Ayurveda and how we can apply some principles and strategies for better living and self-care.
