Fascia is the net-like structure that cover our muscles. When they are tight, they can affect posture, lead to muscle pain, and possibly affect our emotions. We will learn yoga techniques, use tension balls to release and bring more oxygen and blood flow to the fascia, and focus on relaxation with breathing and essential oils!
