Introduction to Chakras

Chakras are wheels of energy that run along the spine. These energy centers give us the capacity to feel connected, creative, powerful, compassionate, communicative, intuitive, and whole. This chakra meditation workshop will take you through a brief yoga flow, followed by pranayama, introduction to chakras, and chakra meditation.
