This 4 week series will explore mindfulness approaches to managing chronic pain. We will explore:
The physiology of pain and the stress response.
Explore how mindfulness can help with pain management and shift perspective related to pain.
Engage in mindfulness practices like meditation, body scan, and gentle movement.
Each session will build on the other, with enough time for content review and practice. This will be a group series conducted virtually. You will have the opportunity to build community and form connections. You will have access to the recorded guided practices.
When: Sundays April 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 12 - 1:30 PM ET.
Where: Virtually over Zoom.
