Mindfulness for Managing Chronic Pain

This 4 week series will explore mindfulness approaches to managing chronic pain. We will explore:

  • The physiology of pain and the stress response.

  • Explore how mindfulness can help with pain management and shift perspective related to pain.

  • Engage in mindfulness practices like meditation, body scan, and gentle movement.

Each session will build on the other, with enough time for content review and practice. This will be a group series conducted virtually. You will have the opportunity to build community and form connections. You will have access to the recorded guided practices.

When: Sundays April 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 12 - 1:30 PM ET.

Where: Virtually over Zoom.

Price: $ 200. For those experiencing financial hardship or are students: $150.
