4-Week Intuitive Eating Series

Food is nourishing and sustains us. But the act of eating can be complicated. So many factors influence our food choices and how we eat. We reach for food when we are bored, stressed, or feeling emotional. Our family upbringing influences the way we eat and think about food, dieting, and weight. And of course, we are constantly being bombarded by social media, the news, and magazines on the latest fad diet and reaching health / weight goals that may not be sustainable.

In this 4-week series, we will discuss all these factors, intuitive eating, and mindful eating. What it takes to change eating behaviors, and uncover why we eat the way we do. This experiential series will be dynamic. It will give you the opportunity to connect and form community, share your roadblocks and progress, and give you accountability to make sustainable, realist change from a place of non-judgment and compassion.

Scheduled around Thanksgiving to help support you through a food-filled time.

When: Tuesday November 10, 17, and December 1, 8, 2020.

Time: 7-8:30PM.
