Spring Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

This yoga and mindfulness retreat will celebrate spring equinox and self-care practices that connect us back to ourselves, community, food, nature, and our bodies. The retreat will be held in beautiful Gardiner, NY.

  • Daily yoga practices: mindful, alignment-based yoga in the morning and restorative yoga in the early evening

  • Writing and journaling prompts focused on spring and renewal

About the instructor:

Krishna Dholakia is a 500 hour certified yoga and prenatal yoga teacher, mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher, and registered dietitian and diabetes educator. Her passion is to help others engage in health and self-care practices that are holistic yet evidence-based, interrelated, and centered around social justice, accessibility, and trauma informed.   • If you’re traveling from NYC, option to take the bus from Port Authority to Poughkeepsie. The retreat space is 15 minutes from the bus stop in Poughkeepsie.
