Nutrition and Movement for Facial Health

In this workshop, we will focus on learning about the muscles of the face, neck, and jaw, and how to release them. We will also learn about the lymphatic system and how to promote more flow to encourage healthy skin. We will talk about foods and beverages that promote healthy skin and support the lymphatic system and healthy aging.
What you’ll need: A gua sha stone or roller, a facial towel that you can heat up, and oil base that you can use to massage the face.
