I'm the founder of Om & Spice Wellness. I'm an expert in nutrition, diabetes care, women's health, yoga, and mindfulness. In addition to my work in health and wellness, I am an artist specializing in ceramics and clay. My mission is to offer an integrative approach to health and healing, and to create healthier spaces for individuals, groups, and organizations. I have experience working in community and clinical healthcare settings, corporate wellness, health education, and facilitating as a teacher and speaker. My values and mission inspire me to collaborate with those working in social justice, climate and nature conservation, food systems, and health equity.
