My name is Krishna. I’m a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, health coach, wellness speaker and yoga instructor. I help people lead healthier, more active... and hopefully happier lives.

I have extensive training in preventive health and hold a masters degree in clinical nutrition. In addition, I have training in adult weight management, intuitive eating, diabetes prevention/management, and mindfulness.

I am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor and teach yoga, prenatal yoga, pranayama, and meditation.

I love food. I believe that good nutrition and yummy food don't have to be mutually exclusive. I think it is important to be realistic with the lifestyle changes we make when trying to reach our health and wellness goals. Live the best you can and try to be healthy in your body, mind and spirit.
