I believe that yoga should be for everyone, so don't worry if you can't touch your toes or don't feel flexible enough. I work with all body types, without judgment. It is important to me that my clients feel safe and engage in a yoga practice that is good for their body, mind and spirit.
I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, as well as prenatal certified. Practicing yoga allows me to find a deeper connection between movement and mindfulness. When I work with clients to improve their nutrition, I use certain aspects of yoga and mindfulness in my counseling. I believe that it is important to feel connected to the food we eat and the way we nourish ourselves.
Whenever I teach yoga, pranayama, or meditation to a client or a class, it just makes me happy!
