Testimonials from 2024 Retreat Participants!

“Krishna is an amazing and thoughtful yoga teacher, who is dedicated to creating a safe, gratitude-filled, and communal space for all participants. She listen, loves, and cares for all of her clients. The yoga retreat was truly such an amazing experience. We got to learn and laugh with Krishna and the community of yogis that we developed that weekend. This was a retreat of joy, reflection, laughter, gratitude, and personal growth. Krishna inspired us all with making the yoga retreat uniquely her, infusing different aspects of her life in her teaching--from yoga to nutrition to even pottery!! I cannot wait for next years retreat!!”

— Nadav

"I have been Krishna's student for over six years and practicing yoga alongside her has made me a more experienced and confident yogi. Her knowledge of anatomy and science and her overall multifaceted nature when it comes to mindfulness practices, nutrition and movement have offered me so much richness and a toolbox for self-care, and I am continuously impressed with Krishna's talent. Attending the retreat Krishna led was the best thing I did for myself in a really long time and I recommend it for anyone seeking connection with community, the self, and nature. Groundworks and Om and Spice have it - and give it - all."

“The retreat was just what I needed. Time to get away, enjoy the company I was in, yet have time to learn and practice, and time to rest and be mindful.
