6-Week Series: Morning Yoga & Meditation

Start your week off with this 6-Week Yoga and Meditation Series starting every Monday from October 5 - November 9th from 7 -8 AM ET.

Each class will consist of yoga asana (postures and movement), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. We will dedicate 20 minutes of the class towards breath work and meditation.

Dates: Monday October 5, 19, 26 and November 2, 9, 16 2020. Classes will be held on Zoom.

Time: 7-8 AM ET
