Right now, you might be strengthening your practice or feeling a little lost. This workshop will give you tools to find stability, strengthen self-connection, build healthy routines, and hopefully offer some clarity.
In this 2 hour workshop, we will be flowing through movement, breath, meditation, and reflection. You will learn about the chakras, different breathing practices that are grounding and help strengthen concentration, and time to share.
