Grounding into Fall & Community Building

This gathering will celebrate the beginning of Autumn and integrate practices that will help us ground and settle into the start of fall and winter.

What to expect: 

  • Discussions and practices around Ayurveda for the fall season

  • Grounding yoga asana 

  • Community building practices like journaling and sharing 

When: Sunday, September 22 from 12-2 PM

Mode: Central Park, North Woods

Materials needed: Journal, Yoga Mat 

Sliding scale rate: $15 / $25 / $35. Payments accepted via Zelle and Venmo.

Facilitators:

Krishna Dholakia  is a 500-hr certified yoga teacher, prenatal yoga teacher, registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, a level 1 qualified mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher, ceramicist, and writer. She has worked in the health and wellness field for over 17 years and uses a holistic model to help her clients feel more connected to their health and wellness. Her private practice offers an integrated approach that includes nutrition therapy, counseling, ayurveda, mindfulness, yoga, somatic therapy, reflective writing, and group facilitation.
