In this workshop, we will go over digestion in all of its facets: the physical body, the mental body, and how we nourish ourselves. This workshop will focus on how we can improve our digestive function through better nutrition, yoga and movement, and stress management.
This workshop is ideal for everyone. Especially those who experience constipation, IBS, and high levels of stress.
This workshop will include discussion, meditation, pranayama, yoga movement, and body scan.
