Ayurvedic and Healthy Cooking for the Winter Season

Ayurveda is an ancient practice that translates to the “science of life.” The practice of ayurveda focuses on how our physicality, biology, personality, and mental attributes interact with the environment.

This cooking class will focus on preparing 3 meals that are grounding for the winter months. We’ll also talk about nutrition for healthy aging. At the end of the class, we will share the meals with each other in community!
