This 2-hour workshop will explore mindfulness approaches to managing chronic pain. We will explore:

  • The physiology of pain and the stress response.

  • Explore how mindfulness can help with pain management and shift perspective related to pain.

  • Engage in mindfulness practices like meditation, body scan, and gentle movement.

This will be a group series. You will have the opportunity to build community and form connections.
